পরিচ্ছেদঃ ৭৪: সহনশীলতা, ধীর-স্থিরতা ও কোমলতার গুরুত্ব
১১/৬৪৭। ইবনে মাসঊদ রাদিয়াল্লাহু ’আনহু বলেন রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেন, ’’আমি কি তোমাদেরকে সে সমস্ত লোক সম্পর্কে বলব না, যারা জাহান্নামের আগুনের জন্য হারাম অথবা যাদের জন্য জাহান্নামের আগুন হারাম? এ (আগুন) প্রত্যেক ঐ ব্যক্তির জন্য হারাম হবে, যে মানুষের নিকটবর্তী, নরম, সহজ ও সরল।’’ (তিরমিযী, হাসান সূত্রে) [1]
بَابُ الْحِلْمِ وَالْأَنَاةَِ وَالْرِّفْقِ - (74)
وَعَنِ ابنِ مَسعُودٍ رضي الله عنه، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم صلى الله عليه وسلم: ألاَ أُخْبِرُكُمْ بِمَنْ يَحْرُمُ عَلَى النَّار ؟ أَوْ بِمَنْ تَحْرُمُ عَلَيْهِ النَّار ؟ تَحْرُمُ عَلَى كُلِّ قَرِيبٍ، هَيّنٍ، لَيِّنٍ، سَهْلٍ رواه الترمذي، وقال:حديث حسن
(74) Chapter: Clemency, Tolerance and Gentleness
Ibn Mas'ud (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Shall I not tell you whom the (Hell) Fire is forbidden to touch? It is forbidden to touch a man who is always accessible, having polite and tender nature."
[At- Tirmidhii].
Commentary: The Hadith throws light on a kind bearing which is rooted in Faith and saves man from Hell-fire. The second lesson is that prior to discussing something important with somebody we should make him attentive and receptive, so that he may take interest and put faith in what we tell him.
