পরিচ্ছেদঃ ৩৬৩ : অমুসলিম দেশে বা অঞ্চলে কুরআন মাজীদ সঙ্গে নিয়ে সফর করা নিষেধ; যদি সেখানে তার অবমাননা ও মর্যাদা ক্ষুণ্ণ হওয়ার আশংকা থাকে তাহলে
১/১৮০৩। ইবনে উমার রাদিয়াল্লাহু আনহু হতে বর্ণিত, তিনি বলেন, ’রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম শত্রুর দেশে কুরআন সঙ্গে নিয়ে সফর করতে নিষেধ করেছেন।’ (বুখারী-মুসলিম) [1]
(363) بَابُ النَّهْيِ عَنِ الْمُسَافَرَةِ بِالْمُصْحَفِ إِلٰى بِلَادِ الْكُفَّارِ إِذَا خِيْفَ وُقُوْعُهُ بِأَيْدِي الْعَدُوِّ
عَنِ ابنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ: نَهَى رَسُول اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ يُسَافَرَ بِالقُرْآنِ إِلَى أَرْضِ العَدُوِّ . متفق عَلَيْهِ
(363) Chapter: Prohibition of Carrying the Qur'an into the Land of Enemy
Ibn 'Umar (May Allah be pleased with them) said:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade travelling to the land of the enemy carrying the Qur'an.
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
Commentary: This prohibition is out of fear that the disbelievers might abase and demean the Qur'an and will not give it due respect. It is, however, permissible to take it to places where there is no such fear.
