পরিচ্ছেদঃ ২৫৮ : জনগণের কথাবার্তা নিষ্প্রয়োজনে শাসক ও সরকারী কর্মকর্তাদের কাছে পৌঁছানো নিষেধ। তবে যদি কোন ক্ষতি বা বিশৃঙ্খলার আশংকা হয় তাহলে তা করা সিদ্ধ
মহান আল্লাহ বলেন,
﴿وَلَا تَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْإِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ﴾ [المائدة: ٢]
অর্থাৎ পাপ ও সীমালঙ্ঘনের কাজে একে অন্যের সাহায্য করো না। (সূরা মায়েদাহ ২ আয়াত)
পূর্বোক্ত পরিচ্ছেদের হাদিসগুলিও এই পরিচ্ছেদের জন্য প্রযোজ্য।
১/১৫৪৭। আবদুল্লাহ ইবনু মাসউদ রাদিয়াল্লাহু আনহু হতে বর্ণিত, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এরশাদ করেছেন: আমার সম্মুখে আমার সাহাবীদের কেউ যেন অন্য কারো দোষ-ত্রুটি বর্ণনা না করে। কেননা তোমাদের সঙ্গে আমি প্রশান্ত মন নিয়ে সাক্ষাৎ করতে চাই। [আবূ দাউদ ও তিরমিযী][1]
(258) باَبُ النَّهْيِ عَنْ نَقْلِ الْحَدِيْثِ وَكَلَامِ النَّاسِإِلٰى وُلَاةِ الْأُمُوْرِ إِذَا لَمْ تَدْعُ إِلَيْهِ حَاجَةٌ كَخَوْفٍ مَفْسَدَةٍ وَنَحْوِهَا
وَعَنِ ابْنِ مَسعُود رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم صلى الله عليه وسلم: «لَا يُبَلِّغْنِيْ أَحَدٌ مِّنْ أَصْحَابِيْ عَنْ أَحَدٍ شَيْئاً، فَإنِّيْ أُحِبُّ أنْ أَخْرُجَ إِليْكُمْ وَأَنَا سَلِيْمُ الصَّدْرِ» رواه أبو داود والترمذي
(258) Chapter: Prohibition of Carrying tales of the Officers
Allah, the Exalted, says:
"... Do not help one another in sin and transgression.'' (5:2)
Ibn Mas'ud (May Allah be pleased with him) said:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "None of my Companions should convey to me anything regarding another because I desire to meet everyone of you with a clean heart."
[Abu Dawud and At- Tirmidhi].
Commentary: `Should not convey to me anything' here signifies anything undesirable or which is harmful for the person concerned. Thus, this Hadith stresses that defects of people should not be unnecessarily reported to those who are at the helm of affairs, as is evident from the caption given to this chapter by Imam An-Nawawi.
