পরিচ্ছেদঃ ১৮০: পবিত্র কুরআন পড়ার ফযীলত
১০/১০০৭। আবদুল্লাহ ইবনু ’আব্বাস রাদিয়াল্লাহু ’আনহু হতে বর্ণিত, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেন: কুরআনের কোনো অংশই যে ব্যক্তির পেটে নেই সে (সেই পেট বা উদর) বিরান ঘরের সমতুল্য। (তিরমিযি) দুর্বল।[1]
(180) بَابُ فَضْلِ قِرَاءَةِ الْقُرْآن
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَّضِيَ الله عَنْهُمَا قَالَ قَالَ رَسُوْلُ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم :«إنَّ الَّذِيْ لَيْسَ فِيْ جَوْفِهِ شَيْءٌ مِنَ القُرآنِ كَالْبَيْتِِ الْخَرِبِ» رواه الترمذي وقال: حديث حسن صحيح .
(180) Chapter: The Excellence of Reciting the Qur'an
Ibn `Abbas (May Allah be pleased with them) reported:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "He who does not memorize any part from the Qur'an he is like the ruined house.''
[At-Tirmidhi].
Commentary: This Hadith means that the heart of that Muslim is devoid of grace of spiritualism and Grace of Allah who does not remember by heart any portion of the Qur'an, in the same way as a deserted house is deprived of inhabitants and Blessings of Allah. What we learn from this is that every Muslim must remember some portion of the Qur'an so that he is safe from the admonition mentioned in this Hadith.
