পরিচ্ছেদঃ ২৮০ : তিনদিনের অধিক এক মুসলিমের অন্য মুসলিমের সাথে কথা-বার্তা বন্ধ রাখা হারাম। তবে যদি বিদআতী, প্রকাশ্য মহাপাপী ইত্যাদি হয়, তাহলে তার সাথে সম্পর্ক ত্যাগ করার কথা ভিন্ন
৪/১৬০২। জাবের রাদিয়াল্লাহু আনহু থেকে বর্ণিত, তিনি বলেন, আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে এ কথা বলতে শুনেছি, ’’নিশ্চয় শয়তান এ ব্যাপারে নিরাশ হয়ে পড়েছে যে, আরব দ্বীপে নামাযী (মুসলিম)রা তার পূজা করবে। তবে [এ বিষয়ে সুনিশ্চিত] যে, সে তাদের মধ্যে উস্কানি দিয়ে [উত্তেজনা সৃষ্টি করে তাদের নিজেদের মধ্যে দ্বন্দ্ব-কলহে লিপ্ত করতে সফল হবে।]’’ (মুসলিম) [1]
(280) بَابُ تَحْرِيْمِ الْهُجْرَانِ بَيْنَ الْمُسْلِمِيْنَ فَوْقَ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ إِلَّا لِبِدْعَةٍ فِي الْمَهْجُوْرِ أَوْ تَظَاهُرٍ بِفِسْقٍ أَوْ نَحْوِ ذٰلِكَ
وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُوْلُ : «إِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ قَدْ يَئِسَ أَنْ يَعْبُدَهُ المُصَلُّونَ فِي جَزِيرَةِ العَرَبِ، وَلَكِنْ فِي التَّحْرِيشِ بَيْنَهُمْ» . رواه مسلم
(280) Chapter: Prohibition of Breaking ties and Relationships
Jabir (May Allah be pleased with him) said:
I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) as saying, "The Satan has despaired of being worshipped by those who engage in prayer in the Arabian Peninsula but (has not lost hope) in creating dissension among them."

Commentary:
1. This Hadith is one of the proofs of Prophethood of Muhammad (PBUH). His prophecy has come true that Muslims will fight among themselves and, as a result of mutual conflicts, sever links with one another; and this situation will arise as a result of the mischief, provocation and evil suggestions made by Satan.
